We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and packaging must be intact

Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items:

Final sale / clearance items

Gift cards

Custom or personalized gear

Underwear or base layers that have been worn

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Need a different size or product?
Please return the original item and place a new order for the correct one.

Received something damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ignistactical.com with:

1. Your order number

2. Photos of the item(s)

3. A short description of the issue

- Your order number

- Item(s) you want to return

- The reason you want to return

2. We’ll send you return instructions and the shipping address.

3. Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm your refund status.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we sent the wrong or defective item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.
